>From time to time, we've heard from Partners that they want a better way to organize their content and to present it in an even more compelling way for their audiences.

To that end, you may have noticed that July 7th we kicked off two new experiments on the watch and channel pages. If you haven’t tried them yet, or given us feedback, we hope you’ll do both soon. We think these experiments will provide you with additional options for organizing your content that will allow you to sustain and grow your audience.

I second the "show things you dont want shown".

It was showing my Favorites and several other Playlists that should have been private, and even after modifying the Playlists to private (as well as making Favorites not shown on my video page) I had to revert out of Cosmic Panda back to the old Youtube format in order for those changes to actually take effect.

And the reason 'Favorites' should be private is because on your Video page, Youtube has decided to put your Favorites above your Playlists. For those of us who dont have the Shows tab enabled this is sort of a problem since you end up advertising other people's videos over your own.

There is a (very tiny) edit button on the video page that lets you delete playlist tabs including your favorites.

It's very early days but I kinda like it. I'm hoping the partner features are smoothed up a little; the off-centering of the videos when an advert is next to it is very jarring.

Yeah, I'm really wondering how they plan integrate advertisements into Cosmic Panda. The ability to vary the size of the video can cramp up ads.

It's not perfect, but it has potential. I actually had to disable it because it was really making it difficulty for me to track comments and answer viewer questions.

I haven't tried it yet but if anyone has some links to some actual channels that are using it I'd be interested in what it looks like.

I modified my channel for the layout, but I don't actively use it.

I don't really like how channel comments are on another page.

if you change your background in panda does it change in normal youtube too?

Seems they are adding some of the Cosmetic Panda stuff to the site.

Look at your video comments. Users now have their profile pics shown in addition to their names.

Well I have no profile pics next to any of my comments on almost all of my videos.

Yeah, it was removed within a few hours. I think it was a good feature but perhaps it was too bandwidth heavy?
